ASSEMBLY: Requires BASIC knowledge of mechanics in Airsoft guns. You should not try to assemble an internal barrel without prior experience. If needed, our store provides mechanical service to assemble the barrel and other internal components. You should choose a barrel size more or less identical to the one already installed on your weapon. If your gun come originally with a smaller barrel installed and you want to fit a bigger one (or vice versa) you may also need to change the gun's cylinder (requires ADVANCED knowledge of mechanics in Airsoft guns). In case of doubts, do not hesitate to talk to us!
MAINTENANCE: Stainless steel barrels require simple and periodic maintenance. We recommend to clean it at least once a year, unless the gun is exposed to a lot of dust or water, which in this case should be cleaned after the game or incident. Whenever possible, cleaning should be done with the inner barrel completely disassembled and removed from the gun. The cleaning rod that was supplied with your gun should be used, with paper or fabric soaked in alcohol. If you do not choose to disassemble the barrel from the gun (or you are unable to do so), you should set the hop-up to the minimum and take special care when inserting the cleaning rod through the muzzle. DO NOT LUBRICATE! Stainless barrels are free of lubrication. In case of doubt contact our store, or ask for our mechanical services!
COMPATIBILITY: This barrel is compatible, in theory, with all AEGs on the market. However, with so many brands and so many models, it is impossible to say that it is compatible with all. If you have any doubts about the compatibility with your weapon, talk to us!
